VSP EYES OF HOPE

We accept VSP Eyes of Hope Certificates. If your family’s income is below 200% of the federal poverty level, you may qualify. Contact your local Lions Club for a VSP Eyes of Hope Certificate that will cover a comprehensive eye exam and a pair of eye glasses.
